EXERCISE: Follow Me Through My High-Intensity Training Workout

ABOUT THIS VIDEO: I know that, when some people hear me say I work out once per week for thirty minutes, they don't see how that could get any results...even if they know how much I USED to weigh.

Well, now you can find out by following me as I do a HIT session with my trainer Jay Primarolo of BioFitNY. As Jay points out, the breaks I take between exercises are a bit longer than usual, but that is because I am asking him questions as we progress.
