In this video, I review WING CHUN MARTIAL ARTS: PRINCIPLES & TECHNIQUES by Yip Chun and Danny Connor.

ABOUT THIS VIDEO: Yes, another book about the basics of Wing Chun. However, this one is written by Yip Chun, the oldest son of the late Yip Man. (Some spell it "Ip," but I am going with this spelling since that is how it appears on the book.)

There are a couple things that set this apart from other "introduction" books:

(1) Yip Chun demonstrates the third empty hand form called Biu Jee, which is hardly ever done because so many people guard that form as a secret. The popular saying is that Biu Jee "never goes out the door."

(2) There are some very insightful, revealing quotes from his father, which (if they are true) show he had a more profound impact on Bruce Lee than might have been previously imagined.
