ABOUT THIS VIDEO: Well, here it is. This is the martial art book that, for me, really began my obsession with martial arts. From the notes of the legend himself.
Bruce Lee was more than a movie star. He was a man of great insight. A man of integrity and drive. Even when his back was injured and he couldn't even walk, he still dedicated his life to martial arts. If he couldn't do it physically, then he would MENTALLY, dammit.
His insights changed the way the world looked at martial arts. Whether other people technically had these thoughts before Bruce is irrelevant. What IS relevant is that he was the one who brought them to our attention.
By expressing the idea that a martial artist shouldn't be bound by their style, he opened up a whole new realm of possibilities to practitioners everywhere, for ages to come.
