ABOUT THIS VIDEO: When I was in my early twenties, I went on the Atkins diet. (Actually, it was a slightly different version, which was detailed in the book PROTEIN POWER, but the core concepts were still the same.) I combined this with a "circuit training" workout routine.
When I started, I was over 200 pounds. Within a few months, I was down to 160.
Aside from talking about the quality of the book, I also address a few myths about the Atkins approach.
I know this won't change the mind of anyone who is convinced this diet is a fad and a fraud, but at least I tried.
