WING CHUN TRAINING TIP - 3 Phases of the Single Leg Takedown

ABOUT THIS VIDEO: There are 3 phases to a single-leg takedown.

  1. They start to lunge for your leg but haven't reached you yet.
  2. They have a grip but have not upset your balance.
  3. They've got you on one leg.
