I have been a fan of Team Beachbody products since late 2010. I remember I was working a full-time job, and I would often sign up for overtime. I had a five-day work, and for four of those five days, I was working 12-hour shifts.
I could not afford a personal trainer or a gym membership, so I posted an ad on Craigslist asking if anyone could help me out because I needed to get fit, but I didn't know how. A gentleman named Dave responded to me. He was a Beachbody Coach, and he told me about a program called 10 Minute Trainer.
I'd never heard of it before, but I invited Dave to my house to check it out. He brought the DVD's for that and many other workout programs. I gave 10 Minute Trainer a shot, and I was hooked. I bought it a few weeks later. After doing jus 10 minutes per day, I jumped to 30. Then I moved on to programs like P90X, Insanity, and Rev Abs. Beyond that, I started doing hybrids of those.
As with martial arts training, my level of commitment to exercise has gone up and down. However, I always come back to these programs. They are the perfect solution to the martial artist's question: "How am I going to exercise when I barely have enough time and money to pay for my martial arts training???"
Many people know that, if you don't eat right, then it doesn't matter how many crunches you do, how much you can bench, or how many miles you can run. Keep eating McDonald's, and you'll never lose that big gut.
That's why Team Beachbody also offers several nutritional products and programs. Their flagship product is Shakeology, but they have other supplements like the new Performance Line products, Beachbody Bars, the 2B Mindset, and the Ultimate Reset.
This is the Team Beachbody motto. Now we already know about exercise and nutrition, but what is this about support?
Every person who creates an account at Team Beachbody is automatically assigned a Coach. This is a person who is so fanatical about the Beachbody products that they have signed up to help spread the word about them.
However, a Beachbody Coach isn't just a pushy salesperson. They are a mentor and a guide, a person who is there to pick you up when you fall down. Did you miss an entire week of workouts? Well, let the Coach be there for you to soften the blow. They'll help steer you back on the right track.
The best part about a Beachbody Coach? They are FREE! That's right. You could talk to your Coach all day long, and you won't have to pay them a dime..which is quite a difference from personal trainers, who can sometimes charge $150 for just one hour.
I hope so because believe me, it is. For years I was struggling to get into better shape because I had no idea what I was doing. I scoured the internet looking for tips on what kind of exercises I should do, but I got conflicting information. I didn't have the time or money to get a gym membership or hire a personal trainer.
However, with Team Beachbody products, it's like paying a one-time fee to have access to a personal trainer for life. And now that they have introduced Beachbody on Demand, it's like having access to SEVERAL personal trainers for one low annual fee.
So without further ado, go check out the products!!!
