Do NOT engage in any of the exercise programs recommended on this site without consulting a doctor/physician/medical professional first. Some of these programs are quite intense, so you want to get their approval before starting one.
The same must be said for Team Beachbody's nutrition programs and supplements. Consult a doctor/physician/medical professional about these programs and products. Make sure you are not allergic to any ingredients, etc.
